She was very thorough and had all the answers before we could ask. We encountered a few roadblocks during the purchase process, and she kept us calm. We would recommend her and gladly work with her again. We came from out of state for a few days to find our new home; Mariela looked after us and gave us her undivided attention during our stay in Miami. Unfortunately, we could not secure a home during our brief visit due to the current competitive housing market. However, Mariela discovered a newly listed house just a few days after leaving Florida. She quickly became our eyes and ears, showing us the property and the surrounding area via walkthrough videos and Facetime calls. We bought our house without even seeing it, and we loved it.
